Breads prepared with recipes that have ancient wheat flour, which is non-industrial and free from additives; are prepared with the right ancestry wheat flours selected as a result of R&D activities that began with the examination of local bread varieties in Denizli, Aydın, and İzmir.
Among the options at Panora's bread buffet, which cater to guests' tastes and health preferences, are flavours ranging from light and airy einkorn bread to dense and thick whole wheat bread. These delights are prepared using the sourdough method, undergoing a 24-hour cold fermentation period. Each bread, prepared daily with recipes crafted by Panora's R&D kitchen, takes its place on the buffet to be served to guests, maintaining its freshness and flavour.
Other than the bread varieties prepared with non-industrial and additive-free ancient wheat flours at the buffet, Panora also offers cheeses specially produced for Akra Hotels in Niğde caves. These carefully prepared cheeses add an artisanal flavour to Panora's gastronomic experience.
