BHM HOSPITALITY RANKED SECOND IN TURKEY IN THE "BEST WORKPLACES FOR WOMEN" SURVEY
In early 2022, BHM Hospitality received the "Great Workplace Certificate" and this year, BHM Hospitality added the third place in Turkey in the "Best Employer 500-1000 Employees" category and the success of being included in Europe's Best Employers List.
BHM Hospitality has once again proved that it has adopted an egalitarian, fair and respectful approach towards the rights and freedoms of its employees as its vision in addition to the quality and service it offers with its second place ranking among the Great Workplaces for Women in Turkey.
BHM Hospitality, which provides a working environment where women have equal say and rights in business life and have the same opportunities and flexibilities, will continue its journey of development in fair, reliable and sensitive HR practices with determination.
Sharing his evaluations about the award, İbrahim Hakan YILMAZ, BHM Human Values Director, said: "For us, this award is more than just showing that our female employees have equal say. This award is a valuable indicator that we treat our employees fairly regardless of their gender and give them the same opportunity and flexibility to be their best.
At BHM we promote equality in the workplace for all our employees. By developing cultures of diversity and belonging, we foster a company environment where equal opportunities are possible and worth working for."
In a special ceremony, BHM signed the Women's Empowerment Principles, committing to implementing these principles with the goal of creating a fair, safe, and equal opportunity workplace culture, leveraging its knowledge, expertise, and experience spanning over 50 years in the industry.Discover
