On Friday 28 October, Vujicic came to Antalya, which is one of the indispensable locations with its warm weather almost every month of the year, for an event held exclusively for the guests at the Türkan Şoray Cultural Centre; at the gala held at Akra after the conference; he met with the guests and answered their one-to-one questions sincerely.
Vujicic, who came to Antalya through Gimpext Travel, was the biggest motivation source for the owner of Gimpext Travel, who lost his sight naturally exactly 5 years ago, to regain his joy of life.
Born in 1982 in Australia without limbs and saying 'I am happy and I love to live' against all the difficulties of his life, Nick's mother was the person who changed his life.
Known as Tetra-amelia syndrome, nothing was easy for Nick Vujicic, who has no arms and legs. He even wanted to drown by throwing himself into the water when he was 10 years old, but he did not realise this because of his love for his family. One day, his mother made him read an article and changed his perspective on life and started his struggle.
Nick Vujicic, who accepts the obstacles that life throws at us as they are and embraces them instead of giving up and being unhappy in the face of them, aims to continue his conferences around the world and touching people's lives.
